Lauren O'Neill-Butler is a New York–based writer and managing editor of artforum.com. A frequent contributor to Artforum since 2007, her work has also appeared in Art Journal, Bookforum and bookforum.com, Paper Monument, Time Out New York, The Paris Review Daily, and Triple Canopy. She is a visiting assistant professor at Hunter College and has previously taught courses at the Rhode Island School of Design and the School of Visual Arts. She has been a visiting critic at Yale University, Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and Parsons The New School for Design, among others.
